| Mankind has become alienated from God the Father by rebelling against Him and ignoring His spiritual principles for living. All of us have sinned against God the Father and as a result our fellowship with Him is broken. Also sin has an eternal consequence according to the following scripture; |

| For the wages of sin is death, ..." Romans 6.23 |
| The eternal consequence of sin is spiritual death which is eternal death, whereby the sinner is forever be cut off from God’s grace and mercy and is banished from His presence for all eternity! Jesus Christ is the ONLY way that we can be reconciled to God the Father, according to the following scripture. |
| "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 |
| Christ became a sin offering for us, and sacrificed His life on the cross so that we can be blood purchased, forgiven and reconciled to God the Father. Mankind may seek other solutions and worship other gods, but Jesus Christ, alone, died on the Cross for our sins and rose in triumph over the grave and eternal death. He paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap between God and mankind. |

| To be forgiven of your sins you have to |

Admit that you are a sinner and repent of your sins. |

Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died so that your sins are forgiven and become renewed and is reborn spiritually in Him. |

Confess Jesus Christ as Lord (or Master) and invite Him to come into your life. |

| This can be achieved by praying the following prayer |
| "Lord Jesus, I admit I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins on the cross of Calvary and I repent of my sins and invite you in to be my Lord and Saviour. Wash me and cleanse me of all my transgressions with your shed blood and draw me close to you Lord. I pray that you will fill me with your Holy Spirit and lead and guide me in all things according to your will and purpose for my life. In your precious name, I pray Lord Jesus, Amen." |
| Once you are saved, you become a child of God, a believer of Jesus Christ and a "Christian." The Holy Spirit will indwell within you, teaching you all things which are of God. |

| To know and love God. |

| To have your character transformed into a Christ like character, i.e. to be more like Jesus. |

| To build meaningful relationships with other Christians. |
| 4. MINISTRY |
| To use your talents to serve others and to fulfil the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. |
| 5. EVANGELISM |
To share the Good News of the Gospel with those that do not know Christ.
The five goals of worship, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and evangelism can only be properly carried out in the spiritual environment of a spirit filled church. So, purchase a Bible and start reading the Word of God on a daily basis. Then find a Spirit-filled, Bible-believing church and start attending it regularly as soon as you can. Welcome to your new life in Christ, dearly beloved. Put on your "seat-belt" and get ready for the great adventure that God has in store for you! |
